Cairn cottage is set back from the bay. Built for a local fishing family in the1920's. Traditional wood paneling compliments the cottage giving it its warm cozy feel. Cairn cottage enjoys all modern amenities but these improvements have not spoiled its unique character and charm. The cottage is fully furnished and equipped with everything except bed linen, towels and dish towels. These can be provided, for a small charge, if required. While there are electric heaters thought Cairn Cottage also features a Danish multi fuel stove in the living room, truly the beating heart of the cottage during the winter months. The natural open fire in the sitting room casts an atmospheric glow across the wood paneled walls. |

Pets may be taken, but are the visitors total responsibility and are not to be left in the cottage alone. Sheep and cattle roam freely throughout the village and surrounding countryside, so dogs must be kept under control. |
